“ An unforgettable dining experience at FiAMMA Ristorante! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality, and our server, Leo, went above and beyond to make our evening special. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and recommended the Chilean sea bass – and wow, what a dish! Perfectly cooked, tender, and bursting with flavor, it was easily one of the best seafood dishes I’ve ever had. The ambiance, service, and cuisine were all exceptional. Can’t wait to come back! ”
“ They advertise as authentic Italian. They definitely are. I felt like I was visiting the Inlaws! To be serious... When you walk in at 15:30 and some Italian Gentlemen are quietly handling business while enjoying a late lunch... you know you've found a place that serves good Italian. The bread was just standard. Everything else was delicious. I ordered the Caesar salad - it was deliciously creamy. I ordered the Veal Ragu Bolognese - it was savory and heavy and I was quite filled afterwards. I did not have room for a dessert. The restaurant takes up multiple units and is quite large. I guess they can seat 100. The decor is tasteful classy. The washrooms are very nice. I always judge a restaurant by is washrooms. My server was a professional. I mean a professional server. He was excellent. ”
“ The service was really great! Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Overall the food was good. The coffee and the cake were to die for! Only complaint is the salmon was over cooked, it tasted a bit hard. Also the price point is a bit higher, that is to be expected. ”

“ I recently visited Fiamma and had an amazing experience. Honestly, the price is not dissimilar to any other Italian chain restaurant (Scaddabush, Terroni to name a few), and I think it’s totally worth it. The pasta here feels like it was made by a nonna—though I can’t claim to have tried one personally, it definitely has that authentic, homemade feel. I had the daily special with the shrimp, and while I know you can’t smell through pictures, I promise it smelled absolutely incredible. The caesar salad was nice flavourful and light, the carbonara made how its supposed to - without cream! The pasta was the perfect texture, and the sauce was just right—rich and flavorful without overpowering the dish. It was served piping hot, which was a pleasant surprise since most other Italian spots I’ve been to never manage to get it that fresh from the stove. You could really taste the freshness of all the ingredients. Ive never had asparagus with my pasta, but all the flavours paired so well. The ambiance is also worth mentioning. At first glance, the white tablecloths might make it seem more formal, but don’t let that discourage you—it’s still incredibly approachable and casual in its own way. The dim lighting sets a romantic atmosphere, perfect for a date night, but there’s still plenty of seating, so it never feels cramped or too formal. On top of that, the service was exceptional. Tony, our server, was friendly and knowledgeable—he even took the time to explain that the chef recommended no cheese for our dish, which was a nice personal touch. Overall, I definitely recommend Fiamma if you’re looking for a great meal in a cozy, welcoming spot. I’ll be back for sure—and next time, I’m trying their pizza! ”
